Refund Policy

At MindStudio Academy, we are committed to providing a high-quality educational experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Overview

  • Our goal is to provide a fair, transparent, and hassle-free refund process for students enrolling in the "Take the Leap" Accelerator. We understand that situations change, and we are committed to offering a refund policy that aligns with your circumstances while maintaining the integrity of the program.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Full Refund: A full refund of the course fee is available to participants who cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the official start date of Week 1 of their respective cohort (Americas, Europe, or APAC).

  • Partial Refund: Participants who cancel their enrollment within the 7-day window before the course begins but before the start of Week 1 can receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: After the official start of Week 1, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all participants, regardless of the cohort location (Americas, Europe, APAC).

3. Withdrawal During the Program

  • If you need to withdraw from the program after Week 1 begins, we are unable to offer refunds. However, in cases of personal hardship, illness, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider options for deferred participation in a future cohort on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Request Process

  • To request a refund, please email us at hello@theupgrade.ai with your enrollment details and the reason for cancellation. Refund requests must be submitted according to the timeline outlined in the eligibility section.

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Stripe or credit card) and may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Transferable Fees

  • Any fees related to pre-course materials, exam attempts, or Level 1 certification are non-refundable once accessed or attempted.

  • Administrative fees or third-party payment processor fees (such as Stripe’s transaction fees) are non-refundable.

6. Exceptions In exceptional cases, such as significant program changes or cancellations on our part, full refunds may be provided regardless of the program timeline.

7. Course Access After Refund

  • Revocation of Access:

    • If a refund is issued, your access to all course content, live sessions, and the private Discord channel will be revoked immediately.

    • By requesting a refund, you agree to forfeit all rights to use any of the materials, content, or resources provided during your time in the course.
